In Washington I’m paneled with Cigna, Regence BlueShield, Cigna, United Healthcare, Oscar, and Oxford.

Additionally, if I am not paneled with your insurance, I am able to provide a monthly superbill that you can submit for out of network reimbursement.

If you intend to do this, please contact your insurance provider prior to our initial session to clarify your benefits. Occasionally insurance companies will require pre-authorization paperwork/additional information from the out-of-network provider. I am more than happy to provide this information if necessary.

I accept payment via credit/debit card, FSA, HSA, Venmo, and cash at the time of service.
